About Me

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I am trained in Psychodynamic, CBT and Humanistic approaches. Knowing that every client is unique I have a wide variety of counselling experience, techniques and interventions that are adaptable to meet your specific requirements.

I bring extensive experience working with diverse mental health conditions and clients. My goal is to collaborate with you to nurture a brighter, more positive future.

From my own experience, I understand that seeking counselling and finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting and complex process. However, I believe it is a courageous first step toward meaningful change and personal growth. My goal is to make this journey as supportive and empowering as possible, helping you feel confident and comfortable as we work together to navigate challenges and create lasting positive outcomes.

I hope to help you reach your goals or gain a deeper understanding into things that you may have experienced or find difficult.

My Philosophy

At the heart of my approach to counselling is a deep commitment to empowering individuals as they navigate life’s complexities, rediscover inner strength, and embark on transformative journeys of growth and healing. I believe that each person carries an inherent capacity for resilience and renewal, and my role as a counsellor is to facilitate a process that allows this potential to grow.

Guided by a holistic and integrative approach, my mission is to honor the uniqueness of each individual’s experiences, aspirations, and challenges. I view counselling as a collaborative journey—one that is rooted in empathy, respect, and the creation of a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel truly heard and valued. By blending compassionate support with tailored therapeutic interventions, I aim to address the mental, emotional, and relational dimensions of well-being, allowing clients to heal and grow in ways that align with their personal values and goals.

Ultimately, my work is dedicated to nurture a sense of empowerment, helping clients unlock their own strengths and insights. Together, we can cultivate meaningful, lasting change that not only enhances individual well-being but also deepens their connection to themselves and the world around them.
